In January 2023, we started the project alongside Hubert Construction to renovate this 5 bedroom period house into a modern, 7 bedroom retreat in Carbis Bay.

The property was completely gutted and layout was reconfigured to include a large open plan kitchen and dining space, gym and sauna, master ensuite loft room with breathtaking views across the bay. There is also a self contained annex within the property alongside several other ensuite bedrooms and living spaces.

The project required a high-end, luxury finish to all aspects of the build - including the hand built swimming pool.

Carrick Lodge

Carrick Lodge was a retirement home which we are extending and converting into 10 luxury apartments as well as a 2 bedroom cottage.

This project started in 2021 and we were able to join the principal contractor to complete the job. The project is due to be completed in Autumn 2025.

This will feature 2 penthouse apartments overlooking St Ives bay with every apartment fitted and completed to a high-end, luxury standard.

The spectacular Austrian architectural designed roof is one of a kind and showcases our skills in bespoke cut roofs.

Beacon

We renovated this 4 bedroom bungalow to an updated, modern 4 bedroom home with a self contained annex within the house.

We were able to work on the project from start to finish including fitting the kitchen and bathrooms as well as all electrical fittings and fixtures and decorating.

Penbeagle

Penbeagle was a loft conversion to a 3 bed property in the heart of St Ives.

The clients wanted extra space and to utilise their loft into an additional living space and to be able to take in the views of St Ives.

We were able to offer the clients our services from start to finish and they ended up with a large loft dormer with additional storage space, new flooring throughout and new fitted bathroom.
